Raw Thrills, Play Mechanix & Rovio Entertainment Hatch Angry Birds Boom!

A New Arcade Game Offering a Competitive Twist on Angry Birds’ Classic Slingshot Gameplay
Glen Ellyn, Ill. (September 23, 2024)

A groundbreaking new arcade machine based on the high-flying Angry Birds franchise is slingshotting into family entertainment centers around the world.

Raw Thrills, Play Mechanix and Rovio Entertainment are excited to announce ANGRY BIRDS BOOM! - a beak-busting, snout-smashing video redemption game with an explosive,
competitive twist on the iconic Angry Birds gameplay - in a partnership facilitated by Angry Birds’
licensing agency IMG.

In Angry Birds Boom!, up to two players launch Red and Chuck - gravity-defying heroes of the Angry Birds universe - into destructible, physics-based worlds overflowing with teetering
structures, conniving Bad Piggies and their evil, diabolical leaders, King Pig and Foreman Pig.

The players rack up points by unleashing maximum mayhem and chaos - as well as unearthing hidden treasures - before the timer runs out, with the higher score crowned champion of
pig-popping pandemonium and winning the majority of the tickets.

The bombastic Angry Birds Boom! cabinet features custom Red- and Chuck-themed force-feedback controllers, a tantalizing 65-inch display with an interactive RGB LED border and colorful artwork of fan-favorite Angry Birds characters.
